In our readings, Harris $(2019)$ suggests COMMIT $-$ a coaching model for how we can begin to act on our intentions to create a more inclusive environment. Harris suggested that this model can be used in multiple ways including for self$-$coaching $($a focus on the inner work$).$ Journal Reflection II is a focus on application and opportunity to consider next steps beyond this course.
