In PACS 202/LS 271 we named four models of mediation (settlement, facilitative, transformative, and narrative). Choose any two of these models and describe how the differences in the key features of these models affect what the parties experience in the mediation. Focus the majority of your answer on the client experience and not on extensive descriptions of the models. Describe the models only to the extent needed to make your discussion of the client experience clear.
