All work must be supported with in-text citations and a minimum of tworeferences for Part 1 and a minimum of 1 reference for each conflict management style in Part 2. You should have at least 5 different references and a total of a minimum of 7 citations. Please make sure you cite correctly.

Part 1

1. Describe a personal or professional relationship in which communication was stifled.
2. Use key concepts learned in the course material to evaluate how communication was ineffective in the relationship. (10 points)
3. Propose how more effective communication could have happened in the relationship.

Part 2

4. Explain Compromising conflict management style. Describe a personal experience in which it was appropriate to use Compromising conflict management style and why that was the correct choice.
5. Explain Collaborating conflict management style. Describes a personal experience in which it was appropriate to use Collaborating conflict management style and why that was the correct choice.
6. Ensure that the use of grammar, vocabulary, and mechanics reflect the level of writing expected of a college student.
7. Use key concepts in interpersonal communication to convey understanding of effective communication in relationships.
8. Use 12-point Times Roman font, single-spaced, with all margins set at 1".
9. Your essay should be a minimum word count of 500 words for Part 1; For Part 2, have a word count of 500 words, approximately 100 words for each conflict management style.
10. Use APA-style in-text citations and references for sourced material mentioned in the essay.
