In preparation for the team meeting you will prepare a spreadsheet listing EACH DG framework AND its key components discussed in chapter 5. The spreadsheet MUST include the following for EACH DG framework: Key principles Key DG functions DG organizational bodies and stakeholders Key DG processes Key steps (if any) in establishing a DG program Assess your framework against the recommendations that Bob and Shirlee identified (see page 101 and Table 5.4.) Did Bob and Shirlee hit the mark with their recommendations? Do you have other recommendations you would add to their list
