Implement the function create prefix lists (lst) that will return a sequence of lists, each containing a prefix of lst. All the lists should be collected as one big list. For example, for [2,4,6,8,10] the function should return [[], [2], [2,4], [2,4,6], [2,4,6,8], [2,4,6,8,10]]
