Write a parameterless function named print_multiplication_table that prints a multiplication table. Do not hard code the multiplication table; instead you should be using multiplication and for loops to print the table. You can use string '\t for inserting tabs in formatting your multiplication table. Save your function in a file called hw02_04.py
