Write a function that takes a 2D list of numbers (these could be either ints or floats) as a parameter, and returns a new 2D list that is the transpose of the original list (as in a matrix transpose). As an example, if the following list is passed as the parameter: [[1,[5,2,63,47,8]] Then the function should return this 2D list: [[1,5][2,6][3,7][4,6]]
