In reference to Organizational Change Management, time and time again, research has shown what organizations need to do in order to be effective. Why is it that companies don't do it? Also, any change requires planning. As a society, we have moved away from long-range planning in many instances and favored more agile and short-term approaches towards business planning. How does this impact change management?
