IN REGARDS TO THIS POST, WHAT ARE YOUR THOUGHTS?

Civil litigation was establishedas a means toendcitizens disputes.The process of civil litigationadheres to my moral compass and I believesinceitscreation,concerningmajority of the cases,has justlyresolvedindividuals'disputes. It is a specialization area that I truly enjoystudying.

I came across alot of information relating to civil Litigation. What I found particularly intresting was the discovery and trial process of civil litigation.The discovery process which is the second step and is generally the longest process of the lawsuit and includes everything from parties obtaining eveidence through depositions of parties and witnesses to motions used during or after a discovery to ask the court to rule or act on amending or dismissing part of thr case. The trial, which is the third step in the process can result from a few days to sveral weeks depending on the nature and intricacy of the case.

Corporate Legal work least intrested me as that is an area I know the least about and do not find it rewarding.
