In remedies law, and more specifically the right to jury trial, is there a right to jury trial for declaratory judgment actions? if so, when it is granted? meaning in both, equitable and legal claims? besides direct civil and criminal contempt cases in which the judge can act summarily and does not have to provide the constitutional protections (including jury trial) (please correct me if I'm wrong), when else is the right to jury trial non existing?
