In respect to duress, you are required to critically discuss at least ONE case as per the following issues:

1.Duress with a threats of violence,

2.Duress with a threats of unlawful restraint

3.Duress with threats to property

4.Economic duress

You are required to in relations to items 1-4 above;

A summary of the case, inclusive of the various courts the matter was deliberated, the decisions of those courts, for example the High Court, Court of Appeal and or the Privy Council.

1.Your answer should include, an introduction as well as a conclusion in respect of both questions.

2.The requirement of Assignment is between 1000 -1500 words for both questions.

3.A bibliography containing all relevant citation in current APA format must be included.
