Consideration will be given to how the different stakeholders view the importance of work-life balance regarding their own desired end goals.

Chair responded with:

Provide a source that discusses targeted populations.

Question - Does the chair statement likely mean in general (targeted populations in a case study) or would it likely mean a source that discusses my targeted populations (project managers, employees, clients - that seems like it would be harder to find).

Not sure how "targeted populations" is viewed.
