In South Africa, the Department of Public Service and Administration $($DPSA$)$ is responsible for the

development and coordination of government$$s overall e$-$government strategy. The DPSA is

currently working on a revised strategy to tackle e$-$government issues across all departments and

sectors$.$ The strategy intends to overcome the prevalence of uncoordinated and isolated project

approaches and is meant to establish itself as a one$-$stop solution for e$-$government solutions. It is
