In South Australia, the current system for blind people voting is discriminatory because it does not allow people who are blind the right to cast and independent, secret ballot. What are some legal principles, or provisions that could provide possible solutions?

I am aware of some solutions (braille, electronic voting) but need to provide legal principles and provisions to support and im unsure of what i could refence.
