In spite of the efforts of governments in the Caribbean to provide legislation and Labour Codes, as well as Trade Unions and management ensuring that Collective Agreements are in place in the various entities, in the past five years industrial action continue to plague many countries. Discuss this phenomenon with the view of identifying the root causes and provide relevant recommendations to stem the tide of this disruptive industrial action.
