In terms of these management theories and management history, I think that all theories have a place in organizations, though that place might not be as prevalent as it once was. What I mean by this is that although there are some management theories that I t disagree with, some of which are explored in this article by Alper-Leroux (2021) from Forbes magazine. I think these theories do have somewhat of a place in certain organizational settings or when interacting with particular employees. Although, personally, I would avoid some of the older management models, I do believe that they have merit at different points in time. What are your thoughts?
