In Texas, recently, 'Senate Bill 8' allows private citizens to sue anyone if they assist or aid in abortion provisions. The State believes since they are not doing this enforcement they are not a party to any lawsuit and therefore Roe v. Wade does not apply. The U.S. Supreme Court - using their 'Shadow Docket' - allowed SB8 to stand (at least for mow). Is the 'Shadow Docket' - good or bad? - and b) is SB8 an unconstitutional avoidance of Roe
