In the aftermath of Newtown, CT, Orlando, and San Bernadino there has been a concerted push by some groups for new gun regulation.On the other side, there is strong support for individual rights.It appears that generally (there are exceptions) much of the gun regulation seems to focus on urban areas, and much of the support for gun rights come from more rural settings.Is it possible to have a comprehensive policy that is constitutional that can satisfy both?If so what form would it take?
