In the Azure DevOps I have $2$ projects $-$ Internal and Existing Projects.

I want to create a power automate flow$-$

When a new work item is created in Existing Project which is assigned to 'Vaibhav' please create a copy of that same and create that work item in Internal project.

Please give me all details to create this flow.
