In the book of Gracism: The Art of Inclusion, Anderson the author states that we need not to be racist and we need to treat each and everyone with respect. We don't need to see color just a person. As social workers it doesn't matter the race, we all have trials and tribulations in life no matter the color. Problems come to everyone no matter the color. How God created us all in his image and he granted all of us dignity by the divine image they bear. So, we have to come to see everyone as a human being. Help them with their life experiences and problems in life.
