In the case of Raymond Weil, S.A. v. Theron, the court finds that the breach with regard to the Montblanc incident - display of a fourteen-foot poster for about 48 hours - was cured. It was cured by "remediation" within the five days allowed in the contract - actually between fourteen and thirty-six hours after notification by Raymond Weil, S.A. to DDF that a breach occurred. Nevertheless, the court ruled that the wearing of the Dior watch for about an hour (a breach of contract) was not cured even though Charlize Theron took the watch off after about an hour.
