Thus, Conservatives have made the connection to Israel as upholding, or "conforming", widely popular traditions like national security in society today. In regards to "sanctity/degradation", conservatives tend to hold more relevance on whether or not what someone did was disgusting or not. With the current sequence of events as bloody as they have been, it is no surprise that conservatives tend to be more anti-Palestine. Although blood has been spilt on both sides, it has been made clear by the media truly how disgusting and terrible some of the Palestinian's acts have been, thus causing for more conservative support towards Israel
