In the "Documentation" worksheet, do the following:

Rename cells D$5$:D$8$ according to the names at C$5$:C$8$

Insert a new comment at D$5$ showing, "Enter your Name here".

Insert Input Message with Title "Date" and Input message "Insert current date."

Add, Error Alert of Warning style with title "Wrong Date" and message "Enter current date only."

Insert a drop down list for Semester, it should display values Spring, Fall, Summer, Winter School

At D$5,$ paste all defined names
