In the end of a production line, final products move on a conveyor driven by an electric motor. Products are sensed by only one proximity sensor switch on the line, which gives TRUE output when there is an object near (normally open).
Each 5 products are put in a box, and each 10 boxes are put in a container automatically while conveyor is moving.
By using counters and other required instructions, build a ladder logic program which tracks the total numbers of boxes and containers, instantaneously.
By using timers and other required instructions, add a flasher to the program which turns on a light for one second and turn it off for one second, repetitively. When 100 containers are ready, the flasher operates and the electric motor stops. Add a pushbutton for an operator to manually turn off the flasher, reset the counters and start the electric motor again.
Note: The program doesn't need to include any instructions for box and container packaging processes.
Note: For all questions, use Panasonic FPWINPro7 software instruction symbols and don't forget to put name tags and required numerical values of each instruction in the program when required.
