In the final writing assignment, identify a person of knowledge in your community to query about some change in your environment related to global warming/climate change. Use the Bardach and Patashnik (2020) eight-fold process to policy analysis, and the Fifth National Climate Assessment at Front Matter (globalange.gov), published November 14, 2023, to develop an argument for a local policy and national policy (consider matching the community person's concern, to a topic chapter from the Chapters 4-20, and the Northeast Region, or any region of interest). These two resources (Bardach and Patashnik (2020) and the Fifth National Climate Assessment), will be the only resources used for this project. The use of outside resources will result in an automatic 'F' or '0' points for this assignment.
