In the International Sport Coaching Framework (ISCF), the coach's role is defined as, the responsibilities taken on by coaches and how codes of conduct influence meeting those responsibilities. This week's discussion asks two questions: Who are you as a coach now? Who do you want to be as a coach in the future? To help you define your current and future self as a coach, work on answering those questions within a sport or activity that includes a competition. If you are currently coaching or have a specific sport that you plan on coaching in the future, use that sport
