In the post$-$Covid times, the Everblue restaurant chain has found an opportunity to expand their operations.

They have three designs: a lunch counter operation designed for office buildings, a dine$-$in operation designed

for shopping malls, and a stand$-$alone building with both drive$-$through and a sit$-$down capability.
