In the Project Manager's Guide to Mastering Agile; Second Edition, Charles Cobb discusses different case studies and shows how different approaches may be needed in different situations. Hence, often learning more from loss than gain, Cobb examines some not-so-successful case studies that show some of the problems that can mature in an agile transformation, such as the Valpak, Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, and General Dynamics UK case studies. I am having difficulties summarizing the case studies and similarities and differences of the Agile experience using Cobb's words my hypothesis.
