SJBC's leading brand is Black Horse Beer, while BnBG has no match for it. One day, the brightest student in ACC 107 suggested to the management of BnBG that in order to duplicate the taste of Black Horse Beer, BnBG's management must pirate one out of the 5 chemist of SJBC. By doing so, BnBG will be able to replicate the formulations/concoctions of this famous beer. Assuming BnBG succeeded in attracting the chemist (without any legal issue); what might be the limitations of such move why the concoction can't be perfected?
