Difficult people tend to try to change the outcome of the project to meet their own interests. People are difficult because they are not interested in seeing the project be successful. People are difficult because they may not know how to do a task, are in the wrong role, or do not have an opportunity to provide input into timelines or a problem they know how to solve. People that are difficult come into work and take out their frustrations because they do not want to cooperate with the project team because of their own hidden agenda
