In this activity, a biography about only two (2) successful people in the administrative field. You should seek information and become familiar with their work, their success, and their relationship to the topic of leadership. Here is an (optional) list of people you can use for your work that meets the goal of the unit. You can select a representative that you know, within the administrative scope and geographical area in which you are located.

1. Carlos Slim (CARSO Group).Bill Gates (Microsoft Inc.).
2. Warren Buffett (business leader and philanthropist).
3. Jaime Fonalledas (president and CEO of Fonalledas companies).
4. Roberto Servitje Sendra (Bimbo).
5. Steven Paul Jobs (Founder and CEO of Apple Inc.)
6. Mark Zuckerberg (Facebook).

The structure of the work to be delivered will be divided into three main aspects:

First: Present a definition, the characteristics, the type of leadership, and the theories that apply.

Second: Review a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of ten (10) works, contributions, successes, failures, and sources of information that include documentaries, newspaper news, reports in specialized magazines, and Internet pages, to make an analysis of the character chosen one. You must present data such as personal characteristics, skills, personality, and work, relating this information to the topics investigated in the first point.

Third: Explain or justify if the concepts and theories, which are developed in the theoretical framework, explain the profile of the characters you investigated. Utilice arguments to support your position.
