Conduct research about the management of your selected organisation from the list given below. You will need to utilize resources available through the library and other sources (including the internet) to obtain information to support this report.

You will present your findings in the form of a written report. You must answer the following questions in your report:

1. Conduct research on who is/are the Top Leader(s) of the company? What kind of behaviors the leader/s exhibit? Relate your answer to the Behavioral Theory of Leadership from Week-8 lecture.
2. Conduct research on any major situations-for example, business opportunities/business threats coming from competitors experienced by the leader/s?
3. Explain the ways the major situation/s handled by the leader? Relate your answer to the Contemporary View/Theory from Week-8 lecture.
4. What are the major strengths of the company? Conduct a SWOT analysis on the company (external analysis and internal analysis). Relate your answer to the Strategic Management process from Week-5 lecture.
