(5 marks) After your initial interview with Mr. Jones, you have the following information: Mr. Ken Jones is the owner of 123 Main Street West, Hamilton. He has a snow removal contract with Mr. McLeod. The contract is in writing to remove snow within 24 hrs. After a heavy snowfall, no snow removal took place on the front sidewalk of Mr. Jones' home. The sidewalk is owned by City of Hamilton. Mrs. Smith an 82 year old neighbour went out to walk her dog the day after the snow storm. During her walk she slips on the snow and ice and falls in ont of Mr. Jones' house, breaking her left arm. Both the City of Hamilton and Mr. Jones are served with a Statement of Claim
