In this assignment, we are interested in understanding what factors impact customers' likelihood of leaving the telecom provider. Numerous metrics regarding customers' behaviors are tracked (with the goal of determining their relationship to churn). Nominal variables with three or more categories have also had new dummy (0,1) variables created for use in the regression. Remember that multiple dummy variables are used when there are three or more categories (so you need to know what all zeros means...it is the category that is not explicitly defined)
