In this assignment we will make considerations on how to work with stakeholders and what is needed when they operationalize the project with change management. You will discuss and analyze the concepts of closing a project, handing it off to the operational end-user, and how to frame change management for the project. In this formative assignment, you should be highlighting the following:

1. Identify a change management framework that you would want to utilize (i.e. Kotter's 8-step model, ADKAR).
2. Who were the stakeholders of this project (both direct and indirect)?
3. What method do you think the project team utilized to identify the stakeholders (i.e. SIPOC, snowball, referral, expert judgment)?
4. Provide a RACI matrix of your identified stakeholders.
5. What challenges or barriers could be encountered with the hand-off and change management of the project? What steps would you take to minimize the impacts of these challenges/barriers?
