In this assignment, you will be asked to go through the data normalization process to take the provided sample un-normalized data and bring it up to the Third Normal Form.

Follow the rules of normalization and show the output of the normalization for each Normal Form i.e. your assignment requires you to show the structure of the tables in each of the Normal Form (from First Normal to Second Normal and finally the Third Normal Form).

Explain the rationale behind the normalization process for each Normal Form in a brief 1-2 sentences on why the choice was made.
