In this assignment, you will choose a TED talk about Ethics, Learning Organizations or Corporate Social Responsibility. In your own words, you will provide a summary of the talk and you will analyze that theory/topic in terms of your life and its application to strategic management.

The purpose of this assignment is to help you learn more about these theories/topics and relate it to your life for personal and professional development. Additional instructions are provided on the next page and in the grading rubric.

1. Introduction:

Clearly state the topic of the TED Talk and the name of the presenter.

Give a brief background of the presenter.

Provide a brief overview of the presentation's main focus.

2. Main Components:

Identify and explain the main components or ideas presented in the TED Talk.

Highlight and explain the key concepts, theories, or frameworks discussed by the presenter.

Explore the significance and potential impact of the concepts on organizational practices.

3. Research Support:

Include one source of peer-reviewed research that supports the presenter's theory or ideas.

Explain how the research aligns with and reinforces the points made in the TED Talk.

2. Integration into Strategic Management:

Contemplate whether you believe the theory or topic should be integrated into strategic management approaches in general.

Explain your viewpoint by addressing why you think it is valuable or not in the context of strategic management.

Provide examples or reasoning to support your perspective.

This section should be a maximum of 3 pages and should provide the reader with a comprehensive understanding of your personal experiences and reflections on the theory or topic discussed in your presentation.
