This terms of reference document will be used as you progress through other assignments in this course. For example, you will create a data metrics workflow in the next unit to guide the quality assurance initiative forward.

Create the terms of reference for a quality assurance initiative. Use a QA initiative within your organization as a model for your terms of reference document. You can also create a terms of reference document for an initiative of your choice or locate a health-care quality assurance initiative to use as a model. It should only be healthcare related.
