In this assignment you will start working on a hypothetical project that you will develop throughout the course, using the project management tool GanttProject. This is the first of a series of five application exercises in which you will enter the information relevant to the various parts of the project into the program. In this first exercise you will go through the process of describing the project in GanttProject, completing the project charter and stakeholder identification
