In this case a contract was made between appellant Janak Singh and CCN board for a

construction. Later on again Janak Singh made a contract with Dwarika Prasad who

was doing construction with CCN for the past time. Then Dwarika Prasad filed a writ

of Injunction against the first contract and its party in which the court held that the

party to the second contract couldn't demand injunction against the party of the first

contract.
