In this case study, two units of Texas Children's hospital implemented a transition from paper medical records to electronic format. The unit 1 executive did a much better job of change management than the unit 2 executive. What metrics were used to measure the success of the transition process? Should there be other metrics used to measure the success of this type of project besides these?
