In this course, we met several 'Clients' and analyzed their potential legal claims: Jones, Sims, Obiako the and Adi]. In each of these cases, one or more sources of law governed: constitutional law, statutory law, administrative law or common law. Some were federal and others were state sources. Discuss 1) the source (or sources) of law that governed in each of these client's cases and 2) the role of case precedent in the analysis of the client's case
