Example: If I choose the number 23 (cell: row 4, col 3), it is 23 because the previous cell's value (row 3, col 3) was 18 and PC2 contained data, therefore we add 5s to make it 23. 25 is the subsequent value (Cell: row 5, col 3). The reason it is 25 is because PC3 had no data at time 23 (or earlier), so we added the customary 2 seconds to transfer the token to PC4, the following node.
