Nevertheless, it continues to provide a useful framework for understanding the nature of the issues that continue in search of possible solutions. Your text talks about the fundamental difference between the U.S. and the EU in regard to the privacy and confidentiality of personal data we are now accustomed to being routinely collected. In part, though dated,Five Myths Regarding Privacy and Law Enforcementattempts to respond to some of those concerns. In constrast, the recent hacking into Sony demonstrates some of the practical and legal challenges companies face in attempting to protect themselves both from a hack and from the release of illegally obtained confidential and/or proprietyar information.
