The logic you designed in Project 3 needs to be designed in Studio 5000 and implemented in hardware. Design:
1) PLC Ladder Logic to start the motor forward. Once the stop button is pressed, the motor stops rotating quickly by changing the phase sequence.
2) After the stop push button is pressed, the reverse phase sequence will be applied with a delay (for example, 3 seconds) to allow for speed reduction. After the reverse phase sequence is applied, the duration of the reverse will need to be timed (for instance, 1 second).
3) Design your control circuit, PLC wiring, and Power wiring.
4) Design the Ladder logic and show the functionality in Studio5000.
5) Show the overall project implementation and verify the functionality by setting the proper timing such that the motor does not rotate in the reverse direction AT ALL or rotates in a direction very limited.
