In this milestone you will complete an overview of project management. Project management is a topic that spans the entire systems development life cycle (SDLC). In the HIMT program you will be taking an entire course on project management and this milestone provides an early introduction into the role of project management in systems design and implementation. We will be using the concepts and tasks completed in this milestone to guide how we plan for the systems analysis and design phases of the SDLC
