In this module, I want you to understand the Fleet Management activity as a function of Logistics Management. Since Logistics Management is one of the functions of Supply Chain Management, it requires a strong relationshipbetween other departments of the company. You will find a figure in Notes 6. Please consider it, and discuss on why each department has a relationship with Fleet Department, how they interact with each other, how this interaction affects the performance of the company, and how we can improve these relationships in regards to increase the productivity.
