In this module, we learn about the role of BAs as consultants. The reading material and lecture slides provide knowledge as well as list several techniques BAs can use to identify problems in their organizations. For the initial response, you will identify a problem or solution in an organization and use one of the applicable techniques (either the Business Model Canvas, the Process Model Canvas, the Balanced Scorecard, Visualizing Scope, or the BAACM model) to analyze the various components, stakeholders and/or value impacted by the problem/solution.
