In this module we will learne the importance of Job Attitudes, Work Commitment and Employee Engagement, and factors that influence each. Based on what we have and will learn we can state that Employee Engagement is directly related to employee motivation, which is directly affected by the achievement of our job-related goals amongst other factors.
