In this program, you will be involved with teams in practically every class and along with that, is a critical goal in the programmatic outcomes in that collaboration and teamwork is reflected as a significant part of the business world today. In this, students need to be equipped to lead and follow in these moments.

With that, self managed teams are used to a great extent to achieve organizational goals and objectives within as well as outside of their specific function. An important trait of a Christian leader involves building strong and loving relationships in all we do together and to set an example for the watching world.

The Bible reminds us in John 15: 4-5 "Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit by itself, unless it abides in the vine, neither can you, unless you abide in me. 5 I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing." ESV

Reflecting on the above statement and scripture, research articles that reveal some of the following: (a) the benefits of a self managed team and (b) the role of leadership in a successful self management team. To that extent, what could you do to implement this in your team?
